    Earthquake park

Located at the west end of Northern Lights Blvd, the park really opens your eyes to the power that was the 1964 Anchorage earthquake. remember to take some bug repellent and some water for the easy walk around the park or a longer journey at the adjacent Tony Knowles trail.

    Tony Knowles Coastal trail

This 10-mile trail is a great way to see Anchorage. This trail runs along the seacoast of Cooks Inlet and offers you the chance for a nice walk, some cycling, rollerbladeing or perhaps a bit of wildlife viewing, as white Beluga whales are sometimes seen in the inlet from the trail.
